Julienne and Matt are set to be married later this year in sunny California, but since Julienne’s best horsey friend, Isabella, couldn’t make the trip, a Trash the Dress session was in order. We went deep in the Issaquah woods with the three of them and came out with tons of laughs, stories, scrapes and pictures.
Holy cow…er…horse. This shoot was 8 or 9 types of awesome.

Hey gang, long time no see. We’ve been pretty busy lately but I wanted to give you a quick blog post to tide you over.
Little known fact: I’m a video+film junkie. I love movies… I love making movies… and everything in between (in fact, it’s what I went to school for. Woah.) This love of mine translates pretty well into a somewhat secret attribute of JayLee that not many of you are aware of: Wedding Videography.
Yup, we DO shoot video time-to-time, and while our photo schedule keeps us pretty busy, every now and then we like to fit in some video work to remind us why we love it so much.
Jacquie and Ivan found us through King 5′s best of western washington contest, where we won 3rd place in 2009 and we had the pleasure of filming their AWESOME wedding day as a result. From UDub to Blessed Sacrament to Salty’s on Alki, this was an action-packed day full of some pretty huge amounts of fun. Here are a couple stills from the edit I’m still neck-deep in.
