If you're working if it's standard JayLee operating procedure to blog an engagement session a month or two after the wedding, the answer is "yes". "If I had a dollar for every time you guys complained about being bad bloggers..." you'd say? Yeah, that's us. Sorry it's been a while. We can't believe this looooovely session never hit the blog. It is way, WAY overdue.
Start us off at a local tavern and then head over to a freshly bloomed park and conservatory and we're pretty set for a perfect e-sesh. We did lots of work in Tacoma this year and we're just falling in love.
Treasure and Will have been some of our best friends for years now and have also been so kind to be models for us on more than one occasion. Naturally, we were crazy thrilled when they told us they'd finally decided to tie the knot, and doubly so when they asked Josh to officiate (!!!) the dang thing.
So Ali did most of the heavy lifting, Josh looked nice and suited up, and Treasure and Will were gorgeous and perfect and braved the late-October windiness for a perfectly sweet little celebration of their love. <3
Shot the same day as Kelly+Travis' e-sesh we posted on Saturday, it's pretty hard to believe these were taken in February, huh?
As small dog owners, we love hanging with small dogs any chance we can get. And when it involves a brisk, winter trip to Tacoma, we will never, ever turn you down. Kelly+Travis are getting hitched TODAY, and we're so excited to hang with them at Point Defiance Zoo (!!!) this afternoon :) :)
The clients that really capital-K Know us know that the way to our heart (and to best inspire us) is to feed us. This isn't the first meal we've seen prepped for a session (and then later devoured by #TeamJayLee) and hopefully it isn't our last.
Sarah and Aaron are adorable and very in love, and married as of a couple weeks ago. Figured it was about time to blog this session.
I'm terrible at blogging. I get that. I apparently made these selections months ago and never posted them. Well these lovebirds are getting hitched in a couple weeks, so now's a good as time to share as any. <3
This little family came down from Cordova, Alaska to get hitched at Discovery Park (the same week we snapped these photos), so shooting at the Fishermans Terminal was the perfect (and obvious) location. Also, Josh continues his crusade to teach all small children how to operate a DSLR.
